Does Baseqore offer a free plan?
Yes — there is a “Free” plan that costs $0/month. It gives you core CRM features, including a limited number of clients, projects, proposals, contracts, and invoices (each limited to 3 in that free plan), plus tasks, estimates, calendar, and time tracking.
What do the paid plans provide over the free plan?
There are two main paid plans: Pro and Ultra. Compared to Free, they give more features like unlimited clients, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices; embedded forms; white-labeling; file storage; custom domain; team members; payments; expenses; client portal; etc. The Ultra plan adds additional functionality (e.g. unlimited team members, instant messaging, leads, subscriptions, tickets, reminders, priority support) suitable for small businesses and agencies.
Do I get a discount if I pay yearly?
Yes. The yearly billing option reduces the monthly equivalent cost (for Pro it's ~40% off; for Ultra it's ~20% off) compared to paying monthly.
Can I switch plans later (upgrade or downgrade)?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher plan’s features, with billing prorated. When downgrading, the changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data remains intact.
What is included in “support”?
Support levels depend on your plan. The Free plan generally gets access to the self-serve Help Center. Higher plans include things like priority support, shorter response times.
What does “white-labeling” mean in Baseqore’s plans?
It means you can customize the appearance of the interface or brand so it looks like your own brand (e.g. remove or replace Baseqore branding), often including things like client portal, custom domain, etc. (This is included in Pro & Ultra plans.)
What security measures should I look for when evaluating a SaaS provider?
When evaluating a SaaS provider, look for SOC 2 compliance, data encryption (both in transit and at rest), multi-factor authentication, regular security audits, and a clear incident response plan. Ask about their backup procedures, data retention policies, and whether they have a dedicated security team. Review their history of security incidents and how they were handled.
How can I ensure my company's data remains private when using SaaS applications?
To ensure data privacy in SaaS applications, implement strict access controls with role-based permissions, use single sign-on (SSO) solutions, regularly audit user access, and enforce strong password policies. Review the SaaS provider's privacy policy and data processing agreements carefully. Consider using a Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) to monitor data movement and enforce security policies across all your SaaS applications.
What are the most common data security risks when using SaaS platforms?
The most common SaaS security risks include unauthorized access due to poor authentication practices, data breaches from insecure APIs, insufficient data encryption, lack of visibility into data handling practices, compliance violations, and shadow IT (unauthorized SaaS usage). Insider threats and account hijacking through phishing attacks also pose significant risks to SaaS security.
How should we handle compliance requirements when moving to SaaS solutions?
When migrating to SaaS solutions while maintaining compliance, first identify which regulations apply to your organization (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Ensure your SaaS providers offer compliance features specifically designed for these regulations. Get written guarantees about compliance in your service agreements, maintain detailed documentation of all compliance measures, and conduct regular compliance audits of your SaaS ecosystem.
How is security handled?
Baseqore uses enterprise-grade security including SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are handled securely through Baseqore’s checkout system (credit/debit cards and common online gateways, such as Stripe, Paypal, Razorpay, Paystack, Mollie, Tap. The payment providers Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available through Stripe's payment methods, according to your location.
If I leave or downgrade a plan, will I lose my data?
No — your data remains intact even if you switch plans.
